How to bake a Chiffon cake

Things you need:

8 large eggs
12 tablespoons of sugar
8 tablespoons of vegetable oil
8 large tablespoons plain flour
vanilla
a pinch of salt
10 gr baking powder


Set the oven to heat up to 200 degrees Celsius.
Separate eggs.Beat egg whites on high speed with 8 tablespoons of sugar until you get the consistency of a firm meringue ( about 3-5 min).
Beat egg yolks with a pinch of salt, vanilla,4 tablespoons of sugar on high speed for about 2 min then add 8 tablespoons of vegetable oil.It should look like a thin mayonnaise.
Pour egg yolks over meringue then start folding in gently, adding 8 large tablespoons plain flour and 10 gr of baking powder. When all dry ingredients are incorporated spread the mixture into pre-lined baking tins and bake for 15 min.
Leave the sponge to cool down then pour syrup( raspberry) over layers, fill with chocolate mousse and decorate with fresh fruits.
