Course description

During a 5 hours course, you'll learn how to carve the cake, a vanilla sponge, to make the body of the doll then you'll make the head out of chocolate. You'll learn how to create the inexpensive internal structure using food grade elements( plastic dowels and cake cards). You'll use the support to set the legs, body, arms, and head. You'll decorate the cake using the templates and instructions and guidance provided. The final project which will be about 20" tall and will be enough to feed 30.

You'll decorate the cake using the templates and instructions and guidance provided. The final project which will be about 20" tall and will be enough to feed 30. 

All you need for the class will be provided you just need to make sure you'll have room in the car to transport the cake at the end of the class and a large fridge to store in case you want to serve it later. As the cake will be freshly baked the shelf life will be 10 days if the cake will be kept in the fridge or a cold room at 15-18 degrees Celsius.
