During this one day intensive course (9 am-5.30 pm) you'll learn how to bake a light chocolate sponge (no butter) and a chocolate pound cake, make ganache & mousse which you'll use to fill and decorate the freshly baked cakes.
The light chocolate cake will be filled with mousse, covered with mirror chocolate glaze and decorated with fruits and piped chocolate decorations.
The chocolate pound cake will be filled and covered with ganache, decorated with chocolate decorations (lace side panel, bow, both made out of chocolate).
You will learn to temper chocolate, make the glaze use transfer sheets to make the side panels and the bow.
All is included in the price so nothing to worry about, just book your place and start having fun with chocolate!
Lunch is not provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own as we will have a 30 min break around midday.
Maxim number of students per class is 4.
Tea, coffee, water, fruits, biscuits & crisps will be available for free throughout the day.
