BOSS PUPPY CAKE CLASS

Course description

Learn how to carve and decorate this cute boss puppy cake, perfect for a birthday party!

Students will

-sculpt a ready-set real cake 

-make the isomalt( sugar) eyes

-prepare the Rice Krispies and shape the puppy's hat

-cover and decorate the cake and hat with fondant

All ingredients, consumables, equipment, tools and packaging needed for the course will be provided.

The class will break for a 30 min lunch at midday. Food is not provided students will have to make their arrangements

Refreshments ( tea, coffee, biscuits) will be complimentary throughout the day.

 Students will take home their creations and receive an e-booklet containing the templates and recipes of products made and used during the class.

Access to the classroom will only be permitted 15 minutes before the starting time of the class.
