During a 5 hours course, chef Ribana will teach how to cook Isomalt and hot sugar, make rock sugar then pour, pull and blow the sugar to create the display shown in the photo.
All you need for the class is included in the price. A 30 minutes break will be allocated halfway through the class.
Tea, coffee, biscuits will be available for free throughout the class.
