Learn how to cook sugar and then how to pull the hot sugar to create a lovely shimmered rose & bow.
Chef Ribana will teach how to cook and colour Isomalt then pull the sugar to create shimmer petals and a basic bow.
All you need for the class is included in the price and equipment is also provided.
This is a 3h class which starts at 10 am finishes at 1 pm.
