During a 2 hours course, you'll learn the essentials of airbrushing technique.
You'll learn how to set, clean and maintain your airbrusher and spraying gun, basic techniques of mixing the edible airbrushing colors, for different effects, spraying from distance and from an angle also how to control pressure, splattering effects, coloring in solid or gradient color, about the use of stencils.
You'll practice all the methods learned in the class on a 2 tier fondant cake ( 4" and 6" stacked dummy cakes) using the templates/ stencils and design provided.
