Join us for this one day course and create this beautiful cake from scratch!
The class will start at 9.30 am finish at 4.30 pm and you will learn to:
-prepare and bake the sponge( chiffon cake)
-prepare and colour the meringues
-make the buttercream
-make the white and milk chocolate ganaches and mousses
-prepare the berry coulis and berry mousse
- set a 7" wide 6" tall cake filled with white, milk and berry mousses
-prepare the dripping mix
-hand model the teddy and make the baby decorations using pop it-s
-cook and colour the Isomalt and make the lollipops
-apply the drippings
-decorate the cake attaching the decorations produced
-pack the cake for easy transport
All ingredients, consumables, equipment, tools and packaging needed for the course will be provided.
Refreshments will be available for free throughout the day ( tea, coffee, biscuits).
At the end of the day, students will take home their creations, receive an e-booklet containing the templates and recipes of products made and used during the class.
The class will be video and audio recorded and a link for 3 months of private access will be sent to the students for their very own use.
Access into the classroom will only be permitted 15 minutes prior to the starting time of the class.
