      This is an online-based course which will run in 2 parts.

      The first part will cover the baking process of a red velvet sponge, preparation of the cheese frosting and building the base needed for carving and decorating. You'll see Ribana preparing the mix from scratch and baking the cake in real-time. She'll provide lots of useful info about what ingredients work the best and what to look for in order to bake a great cake, then prepare a delicious cheese frosting and build a good structure ready for carving. You'll be able to ask questions during the live streaming if you want to.

       The second part of the course will cover all the aspects of shaping the cake, covering with fondant, creating, and attaching the decorations. Everything will be performed live using cameras placed in different angles for better viewing & understanding.

  Overall the full course will take approximately 3 to 4 hours to complete. It will depend on the volume of questions asked by the participants.

       The live course will be available to watch on Facebook & YouTube using a private link which will be sent to you after booking the course. You ‘ll need to make sure you'll have access to the platforms for attending the live training.

       A list of the ingredients, consumables & tools needed will be sent to you within 8 hours after booking your place.
