|COURSE TITLE||FUN with CHOCOLATE|
|TRAINING PROVIDER||ACADEMY of CAKE DECORATING|
During this one day intensive course (9 am-5pm) you'll learn about how to make delicious truffles and chocolate slabs plain and topped with fragments of nuts or crystallized flowers/ fruits.
We will start by learning the essentials: how to prepare the molds for pouring the chocolate, how to properly clean and polish them and how to temper the chocolate using the traditional and modern methods. We will use white, dark and ruby chocolate.
We will make the truffles and while they are setting hard we will make small bars of chocolates topped with nuts/ fragments of crystallized flowers/ fruits and prepare 2 types of fillings.
We will fill then pack the products made in boxes for you to take away.
All is included in the price so nothing to worry about, just book your place and start having fun with chocolate!
Lunch is not provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own as we will have a 30 min break around midday.
Maxim number of students per class is 4.This class is suitable for beginners.
Tea, coffee, water, fruits, biscuits & crisps will be available for free throughout the day.
