COURSE DESCRIPTION
During this ALL-INCLUSIVE course, students will learn all basic techniques of making sugar flowersUnwired & Wired Flowers,
Fantasy Flowers,
Roses,
Orchids( Cattleya & Cymbidium)
Lilies,
Cherry Blossom,
Daisies,
Chrysanthemums,
Freesia,
Carnations,
BlackBerries,
Peonies,
Honeysuckle,
Foliage
Also, students will learn what to choose as alternatives to sugar flowers and how to decorate cake stands & knives, about costing & pricing your sugar flowers.
This course is suitable for beginners and intermediate level students. As a beginner, you have to be prepared for an intensive 8 hr per day course.
Flowers made during the course will be dusted then taped in a few floral arrangements which can be used to decorate cakes or simply as displays ( see examples on the photos attached).
The price you pay covers the tuition fee( 25 hours in class tuition), the newest PME student kit & book, instructions for every type of flower/ leaf made in the class, consumables, packaging.
This is a 3 consecutive days course which starts daily at 9 am and finishes at 6.30 pm. Access to the school is permitted from 8.50 am.
We confidently can say about our 3 days intensive course that is second to none, the best choice for those looking to learn the secret of making sugar flowers.
A maximum number of 2 students per course.
On successful completion of the module, you'll be getting a PME sugar flowers diploma and the Academy's of cake decorating Diploma Certificate.
At the end of the course, you'll take home your student kit, book, all flowers and decorations you will make during the course and most importantly the KNOWLEDGE & CONFIDENCE, lots of tips and tricks for you to use in further successful projects.

Light refreshments: tea, coffee, water, biscuits, crisps, fruits) will be available for free throughout the course. We break for a 40 min lunch break from 12.30-1 pm. Lunch is not provided so you need to make your own arrangements.
