|TRAINING PROVIDER||ACADEMY of CAKE DECORATING|
During a 2 hours class, you will learn how to prepare a chocolate ganache& mousse, to fill a readily baked chocolate cake and cover to get a perfect smooth finishing.
You'll then learn to pipe rosettes on the cake.
No other decorations will be made during this class.
You'll work on a 4" layered cake 4" deep.
You'll be given the printed recipes for making the cake also for the ganache you will make in class. You'll take home the final coated cake.
Light refreshments will be available for free.
All you need for the class is going to be provided.
