This class is beginners friendly as it will cover everything you need to know about making chocolate mediants.

 Your instructor will demonstrate the technique then you'll replicate it, aiming to achieve the desired result. 

At the end of the class, you will know how to make delicious chocolate pieces covered with different toppings, which will wow your family and friends. And you will take home your creation (approx 250-300 g mediants).
