During this one day in-class course, students (a maximum number of 10) will learn how to prepare a regular and shaped cake and mono portion desserts for glazing (see the photo attached).
The course will start at 9.30 am with a demonstration of how to build the structure of the cake/ desserts to make them ready for glazing,
Your instructor Ribana will explain how to prepare 2 types of glazes, will give tips to obtain great effects, best shine, fewer air bubbles and beautiful colours.
