MODERN ISOMALT DECORATIONS CLASS
Course description
During this half-day in-class course, students will learn how to cook, colour and work with Isomalt and rock sugar to make decorations as per the photos attached.
The course will start at 9.30 am with safety training and a HOW TO demonstration.
Your instructor Ribana will explain all you need to know about working safely and successfully with hot Isomalt. She will explain how to store and protect your decorations and apply them to your cakes.
Students will have to replicate the methods demonstrated and create their decorations, sails, flowers and floral display, being guided and helped throughout the process.
Students will take home all their creations at the end of the class.
This is an ALL-INCLUSIVE class, which means all you need for the course( equipment, consumables and packaging) will be provided.
Refreshments ( coffee, water, tea, fruits, biscuits) will be free throughout the class.

COURSE SUITABILITY
BEGINNERS, who want to learn how to work with Isomalt and create decorations as shown in the photos.
INTERMEDIATE, who want to brush up their skills and learn Ribana's way to manoeuvre the Isomalt.
