NO-BAKE CHEESE CAKE CLASS

Course description

Join us for this course and learn to make four different flavours of no-bake cheesecakes.

Students will make the chocolate ganache ( white, milk and ruby), then learn to make the cheese mix, set and decorate the no-bake berry, lemon, caramel and vanilla cakes.

They will take home their creations ( 4 different flavours of cheesecakes 6" round) suitable for freezing and consumption within two months from the date.

All ingredients, consumables, equipment, tools, and packaging needed for the course will be provided.

Refreshments ( tea, coffee, biscuits) will be free throughout the day.

 Students will receive an e-booklet containing the recipes of products made and used during the class.

Access to the classroom will only be permitted 15 minutes before the starting time of the class.
