Course description
Join us to learn how to :
-prepare and bake a light pistachio soft sponge
-make a raspberry jelly ( vegan)
-prepare a pistachio mousseline cream
-make chocolate curls
-ensemble and decorate the gateaux ( 7" wide)
All ingredients, consumables, equipment, tools and packaging needed for the course will be provided.
Refreshments the day ( tea, and coffee will be complimentary throughout the day biscuits).
Students will take home their creations and receive an e-booklet containing the templates and recipes of products made and used during the class.
Access to the classroom will only be permitted 15 minutes before the starting time of the class.
