One to one tuition class starting from 9 am till 6 pm, all-inclusive, fully customizable.
You can choose and suggest the preferred subjects/ topics you would like to learn on the day and chef Ribana will create a lesson plan for you to agree before attending so you'll know what to expect to achieve on the day/s.
The date/s of the class will be set by mutual agreement.
All consumables, materials, and equipment needed for the class will be provided, lunch and light refreshments also are included in the price. At the end of the day, you'll take home your lovely creation.
The topics available to book are :
-patisserie( mirror glazed & velvet texture entremets, mousse cakes, gateaux, vegan baking, macarons, etc)
-sugar flowers ( made out of gum paste, edible paper, chocolate )
-piping ( royal icing, chocolate, buttercream)
-fondant work ( modern textures, decorations)
-the business of cake ( how to start a cake business/ how to teach cake baking and decorating)
You'll have the opportunity of learning from Ribana's over 30 years of experience as a qualified chef, approved instructor, and demonstrator.
