During the course, you will learn how to use 3 different sugars techniques to create the design featured.
Chef Ribana will demonstrate how to efficiently prepare and cook sucrose, glucose, and isomalt. The demonstration will also include how to make, colour, inlay, dry, apply and paint the collars, how to make the isomalt sails and sugar shards on the top, and decorate this great looking 2 tiered cake.
The course will also detail what ingredients to use for the best results as well as common mistakes and misconceptions.
You will be able to follow every stage of the entire process happening in real-time, with in-depth explanations and close-up shots.
Students once enrolled will get access to a private Facebook group where further details will be shared. Within the group, they will be able to ask questions to interact with the instructor and the other members.
The course will be available on Facebook so you need to make sure you'll have access to the platform in order to watch the training.
