Course description
Join us to learn how to :
-prepare, cut and bake the biscuit
-make meringue, edible chocolate flowers,
-prepare a vanilla mousseline cream
-fill the biscuit and decorate the tart
-pack the biscuit cream cake for transport
All ingredients, consumables, equipment, tools and packaging needed for the course will be provided.
Refreshments ( tea, coffee, biscuits) will be complimentary throughout the course.
Students will take home their creations and receive an e-booklet containing the templates and recipes of products made and used during the class.
Access to the classroom will only be permitted 15 minutes before the starting time of the class.
