Course description 

 Join us for a lovely class and learn to make a beautiful cake in no time.

During the course, you'll bake a chocolate chiffon cake and make chocolate ganache and mousse.

Then you'll learn how to build the body of a swan using the freshly baked chocolate chiffon cake and chocolate mousse.

While the base will chill in the fridge students will create the head and neck and feathers using a white or dark chocolate compound.

Once set the chocolate decorations will be attached to the prepared base to create the cake as shown in the photo attached.

 All ingredients, consumables, equipment, tools and packaging needed for the course will be provided.

Refreshments will be available for free throughout the day ( tea, coffee, biscuits).

 At the end of the class, students will take home their creations, receive an e-booklet containing the templates and recipes of products made and used during the class.

 The class will be video and audio recorded and a link for 3 months of private access will be sent to the students for their very own use.

Access into the classroom will only be permitted 15 minutes prior to the starting time of the class.
