This class will run over 2 days ( a total of 12 hours in-class tuition)
The course will start at 10 pm and finish at 4.30 pm daily, with half an hour lunch break.
The class will start with building the structure of the cake, stepping into cake carving using a freshly baked chocolate cake, building and balancing, covering, making the Isomalt eyes, chocolate log, sugar foliage, then decorating to achieve the look of the advertised cake.
All you need for the course is included.
Students attending the in-class course will get FREE access to the online course.
a. What exactly am I going to receive for the money I pay?
The cost of the course covers:
- the in-class and online tuition, explicit step by step in class, video and audio instructions,
-use of all the equipment, consumables and packaging necessary throughout the course.
-unlimited access and support for 12 months through a private Facebook group.
-The ACD certificate of completion of the cake.
b.Is this class suitable for beginners?
Some basic knowledge about carving will be an advantage. In case you don’t know too much about it is fine you just follow the instructions given accurately.

You’ll have unlimited access for one year from the date of the in-class course
d.Can I start watching the online course immediately after the payment?
Unfortunately, the course will only be available to watch after attending the in-class course.
e.What should I expect from this course?
This course is meant to teach you how to create The CUTE MONKEY cake advertise in the photo. We promise to supply all the information you need to be able to recreate this project. By the end of the course, you’ll know how to bake a chocolate cake, make a chocolate ganache, set the frame, build and sculpt the cake into the shape of the monkey, cover with fondant, make the Isomalt eyes, decorate the base and body, make the sugar leaves, chocolate log and sugar foliage.
