Learn how to make the wedding cake showed in the photo.
You can choose to work on styrofoam or real vanilla cakes. Course will run from 9.30 am to 5 pm on the 9th of July 2020.
Size of the cakes: bottom 8", 6" and 4" all 4" tall.
During the class, you'll learn to make the large bow, cover the cakes with fondant, create the Diamant shape embossing effect, make the straight edge, stack the cakes using dowels, apply ribbon, set the bow and pack the cake at the end making it ready for transport.
The vanilla cakes will be freshly made in our bakery and they will be fine to store in the fridge after decorating, the shelf life is about 10 days
