The timetable includes a variety of cake baking and decorating classes for all level students, from beginner to advanced. We teach professional cake decorating diploma courses, ABCD, PME and Wilton and speciality courses for students who want to learn the secrets of successful baking, working with hot sugar, Isomalt, chocolate, cake carving, figurine modelling, piping with royal icing and buttercream, painting, airbrushing, as well as making flowers using wafer paper and gum-paste.
Ribana Cristescu, our head school, it is a passionate instructor, willing to share her vast knowledge accumulated over the years, committed to help others to gain skills and confidence. She strongly believes that if she was able to do it then everyone CAN under the right guidance. Thousands of students she trained along the time, some having amazing careers, are the proof that she is right.
She it is a fully qualified pastry chef, chocolatier, winner of multiple awards in national and international sugar craft competitions has also accredited as a demonstrator and judge for BSG, approved PME teacher, Wilton instructor, Patchwork cutters demonstrator & tutor.
In order to help her students succeed she has trained and is not a qualified Business Made Simple coach and Story Brand guide.

We care about quality, not quantity so our places are limited from 2 to 6 places per class depending on the topic. We want to make sure every student is looked after properly and gets enough support in learning the topics taught in the class.

Our school is conveniently placed, in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, near to the town center, offering free parking. We are 5 minutes walking distance from Galleria or Asda Hatfield and 5 minutes driving distance from the train station.
Hatfield is 20 miles (32 km) to the north of London. It is 14 miles (23 km) from London Luton Airport and also near Stanstead airport. The A1M motorway runs through a tunnel beneath the town, and it is also close to the M25.
Hatfield has direct trains to King's Cross railway station, Finsbury Park, and Moorgate.
The frequent train service runs directly from Hatfield Station to London King's Cross via Finsbury Park (Victoria Underground Line), taking about 16 minutes to Finsbury Park and 21 minutes to London King's Cross on the fast trains, which run two to three times an hour. An additional train service calls at all stations to Moorgate in the City of London.
Uno and Arriva buses are running regularly connecting Hatfield with the north-west side of London.
