During this ALL-INCLUSIVE in-class course, students will learn how to:

 -prepare royal icing piping and flooding, colour and learn how to store

-pipe scroll borders, flowers, creating run-out decorations, collars & extension work, string work, borders, brush embroidery, lace designs, and run-out motifs to decorate the cake as per photo
-balance a cake, set multi-tiered cakes, 

-watch the demo on how to make the topper ( big flower on the top of the cake)

During the course, we will practically:
-decorate a 3-tiered cake as per the photo ( using cake dummies ready covered in fondant) less the flower on the top, which you'll only see being demonstrated but not reproduce in class due to the lack of drying time

All you need for the course is going to be provided.
This course is suitable for beginners and intermediate-level students.
As a beginner, you must be prepared for an intensive 8 hr per-day course.
The price covers the tuition fee(  8 hours in class tuition), printable templates &  instructions, consumables, and packaging. 
This one-day course will start at  9 am and finish at 6.30 pm. Access to the school is permitted from 8.50 am.

Light refreshments: tea, coffee, water, biscuits, crisps, fruits) will be available for free throughout the course. We break for a 30 min lunch break from 1 pm. Lunch is not provided, so you need to make your own arrangements.
