Course description

Learn how to decorate this cute ballerina cake, perfect for a girly party!

Students will cover and decorate a barrel cake ( styrofoam) with fondant.

-make the bas-relief figurines and additional decorations to replicate the cake in the photo

All ingredients, consumables, equipment, tools and packaging needed for the course will be provided.

The class will break for a 30-minute lunch at midday. Food is not provided, so students must make their own arrangements.

Refreshments ( tea, coffee, biscuits) will be complimentary throughout the day.

 Students will take home their creations and receive an e-booklet containing the templates and recipes of products made and used during the class.

Access to the classroom will only be permitted 15 minutes before the starting time of the class.

Number of students limited to 4 per class.
