MASTER REALISTIC DESIGNER HANDBAG CAKES

Course description

Learn how to carve and decorate this easy-to-lift designer handbag cake that is perfect for a birthday party!

When you want to impress everyone at the party all you need is a handbag cake you can lift by picking the handles and carrying around as a real handbag!!

During the class, students will 

-sculpt a ready-set 8” real cake 

-make the sugar decorations 

-set the cake on a board to make it look and be carried like a real handbag 

-cover with fondant and decorate with the decorations produced

-take photos and pack the cake to take it away 

All ingredients, consumables, equipment, tools and packaging needed for the course will be provided.

The class will break for a 30-minute lunch at midday. Food is not provided, so students must make their own arrangements.

Refreshments will be available for free throughout the day ( tea, coffee, biscuits).

 At the end of the day, students will take home their creations and receive an e-booklet containing the templates and recipes of products made and used during the class.

Access to the classroom will only be permitted 15 minutes before the starting time of the class.
