DESIGNER HANDBAG CAKE CLASS

Course description

Learn how to carve and decorate this handbag cake perfect for a birthday party!

During the class students will 

-sculpt a ready set 8”real cake 

-make the sugar decorations 

-set the cake on a board to make it look and be carried like a real handbag 

-cover with fondant and decorate with the decorations produced

-pack the cake to take it away 

All ingredients, consumables, equipment, tools and packaging needed for the course will be provided.

The class will break for a 30 min lunch at midday. Food is not provided students will have to make their own arrangements

Refreshments will be available for free throughout the day ( tea, coffee, biscuits).

 At the end of the day, students will take home their creations, receive an e-booklet containing the templates and recipes of products made and used during the class.

Access into the classroom will only be permitted 15 minutes prior to the starting time of the class.
