Macarons lovers, this is a class for you to enjoy!

Join and learn to make those delicious treats!

This class is beginner-friendly as it will cover everything you need to know about making macarons. A hands on step by step course on how to prepare, colour, bake, fill and pack.

    Your instructor will demonstrate the technique, and then you'll replicate it, aiming to achieve the desired result. 

    The class is structured in 3 sessions. You can book and attend one, two or all 3 sessions, depending on your interest in the subject.

    Session 1 ( starts at 9 am and finishes at 11.30 am)

    • learn to make classic macarons ( using egg whites and almond flour)and chocolate ganache filling.

    Session 2 ( starts at 12 pm and finishes at 2.30 pm )

    • learn to make vegan macarons ( eggless and almond flours) and vegan chocolate ganache 

    Session 3 ( starts at 3 pm and finishes at 6 pm)  

    • learn to make nut-free macarons. ( egg white and nut-free flour) and a nut-free filling ( FYA* We manoeuvre nuts within the premises, so the final product will be no-nuts rather than nut-free, NOT SUITABLE to be consumed by people with nut allergies).

    You can enrol for just one part or all, depending on your interest in learning about macarons.

    BONUS: students attending the full course (sessions 1, 2 and 3) will be invited to join a practical demo at the end about how to decorate macarons (from 6 to 6.30 pm)

    At the end of the class, regardless of the session you choose to attend, you will take home your creation to wow your family and friends ( approximately 30 macarons )

    Macarons can be frozen for up to 3 months. You must transfer them from the freezer into the fridge for 4-5 hours before serving.

    Recipes of all used in class will be made available and shared by email at the end of the class.
    Water, coffee, and cookies will be available for free throughout the class.

    This is a perfect class for beginners and also for intermediate-level bakers looking to master macaron-making skills!
