Join and learn to make those delicious treats!

This class is beginners friendly as it will cover everything you need to know about making chocolate bonbons.

 Your instructor will demonstrate the technique then you'll replicate it, aiming to achieve the desired result. 

You will temper the chocolate, mould the shells, prepare fillings( 3 types), and fill and seal the bonbons. 

You will know how to make delicious chocolate bonbons at the end of the class. You will also take home your creation to wow your family and friends ( a box of 18 pralines). 

Recipes of all used in class will be made available as an e-booklet

 No culinary experience is needed to attend this class. It is perfect for beginners!
